Analisis Quality of Work Life Dan Employee Burnout Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perbankan
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of quality of work life and employee burnout on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Soekarno Hatta Branch Office, Malang. This research was quantitative study with independent variables namely quality of work life and employee burnout and employee performance as the dependent variable. This study used data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Sampling was done by using random sampling technique from 35 respondents of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Soekarno Hatta Branch Office, Malang. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The value of fcount>ftable is 7,340 with the coefficient of determination was 0,272. this showed that there was an influence of quality of work life and employee burnout on employee performance by 27,2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 72,8% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Soekarno Hatta Branch Office, Malang is considered good. However, the work environtment is still not conducive. Even though the facilities that employees receive at work are in accordance with the workload that must be carried out, the company still must improve and develop time management and work environtment in accordance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Moreover, the company must carry out evaluations by accommodating the aspirations and complaints of its employees as performance improvements in the future.
